the cities, with good access to all types of media from church newsletters to TV
news.

News gave good coverage of the 1996 Lismore march and were very supportive.

Orange
committee achieved excellent media coverage during their first event in
1996. The local newspaper covered their first meeting.
They got a double page spread in the local paper raising awareness
about sexual assault, including a survivor's story and Prime News promoted
the marches in Orange and Bathurst, including an interview with Sally on
the day of the march. The Prime News presenter also spoke at the rally. Sally, Orange
