The Prisoners of the Night Project 1997, has been a collaborative project which has captured the enthusiasm and support of women across New South Wales and over the borders. It represents the collective wisdom of everyone who has participated.

This collection of resources and stories is the result of wonderful conversations with women on the run - over lunch, over coffee and over the phone. Thank you to those who shared your stories, practical wisdom, your resources and photographs of Reclaim the Night in your community:

We thank cinematographer Mariana Masuric (’The Castle’) who headed the all female film crew. Thank you to the whole crew, who are members of the Women’s Film and Sound Network, for providing your expertise during the wonderful week end of filming the announcement. Thank you for generously working for a fraction of your normal fees because you believed in what we are trying to achieve.
